- 11 months of internship period
- Internship allowance will be paid
- Special training programme related to contact centre operations will be offered for selected candidates
- Industry recognised certificate will be issued for individuals who have successfully completed both training and internship programmes
- Selection will be done through an interview
- Age limit is 18 – 25 years
